On November 16, 2022, OSAC Bogotá, under the leadership of the Regional Security Office of the U.S. Embassy in Colombia and the Council of American Enterprises was awarded with the Overseas Security Advisory Council's "Country Chapter Achievement Award". It recognises OSAC Bogotá's work in hosting monthly meetings with experts from the public and private sectors that tackles important topics on corporate security. In 2022, OSAC Bogotá organised events on cybersecurity, fraud and regional issues such as kidnappings and organised crime.
